Youth NItez

Tonite Went to gcc youth dinner nite. Had loads of fun. Reached there a little late.phew..but made it safe,I thought I was seriously gonna get myself in trouble. WE had a really nice dinner..THough *SOMEONE*ehem kept stealing food from my plate. During eating,we sat around the front porch of GCC Hall, sitting on the steps on the stairs. It was a bit cramp but heyz,I;m not complaining. Soon,We went back to the GK hall.We played this game that tests our luck. We had 4 sweets each and we had to play *Ku Chi Pa* with everyone,either to win a sweet or lose one. It was horrible,I guess ladyluck was not on my side at all. Then,we had a game with a balloon tied o our legs. RED vs BLUE. Everyone was around hopping,running,even screaming and shouting. I just stood there paralzed at first(I didnt know wat to do). Suddenly,I felt a cold chill in my spine,turned around and saw two girls aiming at my balloon..sigh..Do I really look that helpless?? .....well..the sad part..Balloon POPPED..i cried..boohoohoo..haha..joking.. It didnt matter,had fun anyway. After that,We had to listen to Auntie Margaret's sharing and story(About the donkey who fell into the well).And to remember the word PATH.

Then comes the lucky draw. The Ten Lucky winners get a bottle of wine(I think).

Sigh,for that part,ladyluck wasnt at my side at all once again.

Red Heroes

I wanted to experience new storylines. So I'm trying to write a story..I decided to write a story about fire fighters,if that doesnt work out, maybe something else..

A/N= GCC Discovery Club Members, dedicated to ya..WEll, The full begining haven't been developed yet but I've written and typed down the preview of the story I'm going to make..A sneak preview..Give me some comments if you either hate it or like it,doesn't matter..

PREVIEW

"Shit,Not again!!" Kevin yelled over the roar of the engine and the sirens blaring above their heads.

"Damn,"Mel breathed."Of all the nights we could've had a huge fire,t had to be tonight!"

"We're not going to get much backup,what with all the other fires downtown."Miah screamed above the roar of the engine.

"We'll have to do with five Engines,two trucks,the Telesquirt and the Medic."Golden called back as he turned a corner sharply.

"If they can spare them for us!"Anson complained.

"Whoa,boss.That thing looks hot!"Sai hollered over the radio from Truck Ten.

"Are we first on the scene?"Gina inquired(One of the very few female firefighters)

"Yeah,looks like it."Mel replied."They can't spare Squad William and Medic Margaret with all the fires going on tonight.Damnit!"

"You taking Incident Command?"Inquired Gina.

"I'm going to have to.The next Squad won't be here forawhile,and don't want you jeopardized."Mel growled in his throat. He hated being Incident Commander but he had no choice after all."Anson,get yourself over here.You're acting Captain while I'm busy.Kevin,you and Miah are going in the front.Golden,I want you and Sai around the back,hosing the rear of the building.I'll get you guys help as soon as the other squads arrives"

"Roger"

"No sweat boss."

He received affirmatives all around seconds before they screeched onto the site.His firefighters went into action immediately,rushing out of the respective rigs and running towards the fire.The structure was a large office building and it was unclear as to whether or not there are people inside.Mel suspected there may be a janitor or something but he couldn't be sure.It didn't mean he wouldn't send his team in,though if it was necessary.He had Sarah and Laura standby incase they were needed.Anson,Kevin and Miah all prpared themselves for the entry while Gina hastily got the rig pumping water.

Mel's men were quick and efficient,having already entered the building to fight the fire when the next two squads arrived.They were short of help and the fire was huge.Mel knew this would end badly,and he would probably have no choice but let the building burn down and try contain the damage as much as possible.

Mel ordered Gina and another driver from one of the other rigs to hose down the neighbouring buildings on the left while the others were told the same to the right.He didn't need them catching fire and burning down as well,he had enough on his hands.

"Ivan!Isaac!"he called."I need you to check the gages on both Engine seven and Engine two.I'm short of people and need all th help I can get!"

"You got it."Isaac rushed towards Engine two.Ivan merely nodded before running to take Gina's previous position att Engine seven.

" This is a nightmare."Mel whispered.

"Hey Boss,the fire's getting worse back here!"Anson hollered into his radio.Mel cursed slightly."Where the hell are my two ther rigs?!"he shouted to no one in particular.

Kevin and Miah were finding it hard to fight the fire without getting barbecued.It was hot.Very hot.Much hotter than either of them have experienced before.Miah felt his suit melting off and sweat was practically pouring off him in buckets.

Back to Engine seven,Ivan was obediently watching the gages,ensuring the water pressure was just right and the tank was full.He felt something itching at the back of his eyes as he cocked his head to the side as he continued to stare at the gages.Suddenly,everything went to Zero,and his eyes widened.Anson,Kevin and Miah were no longer getting any water."Oh my God~"Ivan whispered befor whipping around.

"Anson,Kevin,Miah!!Get the fuck out of there!You-,"The paramedic didn't manage to finish his sentence.Two secnds later,engine seven exploded.All the rigs on location rocked with the shockwave.All firefighters in the area were thrown off their feet while the inside stumbled and fell forward,Anson,Kevin and Miah soon realized they were out of water and when one was in the heart of a huge fire,this was a bad thing.

"What the hell happened?!"Miah hollered in the radio.

"Holy Shit!Engine seven just blew up!"Golden hollered hysterically.

"Golden,help Gina!!Isaac get Ivan here now!"

"What the hell is happening out there!!?"Anson hollered,already inching backwards.He didn't like just sitting there with no water especially if what Golden said was true.

"ALL FIREFIGHTERS WITHIN OR AROUND THE BUILDING RETREAT NOW!"Medic Margaret called over Mel's radio,her medic team had just arrived.

"I repeat,all firefighters within or around the building retreat now!We have an emergency!Code white!"

Anson,Kevin ad Miah showed a look before they hastily began to go back along the hose.They could feel the fire pressing in around them,and their breath was coming shorter and faster.

Anson suddenly wrenched both the backs of Kevin and Miah's jackets,pulling them back mere seconds before the ceiling collapsed right in front of them.

"Anson!Kevin!Miah!Get out of there!GET OUT OF THERE NOW!"hollered Medic Margaret over her radio.

"......oh shit!!"Miah whispered as the fire closed around them.

FroZen Time

     This is my first-time eva using a blog. So I'm not really sure what I' supose to type about but I guess anything would do,I hope. Don't really know much people around here so it's nice meeting ya if you're reading this.*Smiles*

     Today at school I felt left out a lot of times. Maybe it's because I'm not good enough,I'm not really satisfied of my capabilties though. The torturous day is just around the corner-SPORTS DAY-"pls shoot me!,seriously"..Everyone I know are sweating ang pumping up their efforts for all their major events. Sigh..It's realy dissapointing to know that I won't be doing anything on that day.

    During p.e, we were all suppose to try out all the events to test everyone's capabilities, strength,speed or hidden talent. Everyone had something their good at exept me.I feel like a failure..Let me note down my failures..-hope your not laughing at me(I'll hunt you down if you didXP)haha..joking

Javelin- "Damn spear wont stick on the ground but lay flat!~~"

Short-putt- "Ball was HEAVY.. Threw with all my strength,with my eyes closed. Opened my eyes to see the ball just 2 feet away from me...." 

Discus- "Another heavy object to throw..I don't think my arms can take it any longer..As I was swinging the 'object', I was hoping it will fly really far but sadly, it NEARLy hit my coach...@.@!! I ran away..haha"

Long-Jump- "It didn't go too well, I landed on my *#@"

High-Jump-" I could'nt get over the bar.sob"

Running-"Lack of stamina"

AS you can see,I'm terrible..sigh...Guess I'll stick myself to cheerleading instead..haha....
